Job Responsibilities
• Filling daily plant status reports and relay all activities that occurred.
• Preventing and maintaining, repairing electrical and mechanical systems.
• Coordinating all activities or changes in plant status with operations manager.
• Working with DC-Drives, Inverters, PLC Burner Controllers and Electronics Card repairing along with practical experience of Troubleshooting and repairing of Electronic Control Panels.
• Taking quick corrective action on spot decision during emergency to remove the abnormalities or faults.
• Following preset operational schedules to fulfill the planned availability production targets safely and e!incidentally.
• Working on different types of Thermocouples, RTDs and other temperature sensing devices.
• Ensuing fault detection, modification and parametrization related to drives (OMRON, Siemens, Puma, Sinus, Mitsubishi, etc.), instrumentation and control, temperature controllers and flow meters.
• Calibrating instruments affecting quality of product i.e. Servo Motors, PID Controllers, Temperature Controllers, Pressure Transmitters, Speed Meters, Meter Counters, Actuator, Control valves, Thermal Sensors, Mechanical and Optical Sensors.
