Create data base & Search for Builders / Contactor/ Developers contacts who could benefit from company business objective or services and maximizing customer potential in designated region.
Establishing new and maintain existing, long-term relationships with the Builders / Contactor/ Developers.
Initiate visits; address enquiries and regular follow up with Projects, developers and builders.
Responsibility of sales generation and achieving targets in assigned territory.
Proper reporting to the Sales Manager regarding daily visit, information of new prospect and collection report on daily basis.
Identifying new areas for business growth and new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Requirements:
• Minimum Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing degree is preferred
• Prior 5-7 years of sale experience required.
• Ability to communicate in English and Urdu.
• Computer literate is required.
• Highly self-motivated and independent
