Job Description

We are hiring Office Receptionist for our office.

Duty timings from 08:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:-

  • Opening and closing of office,
  • Maintaining office files small accounts on computer and in hard form files,
  • Attending official guests, serving water & tea as per need.
  • Helping in project related documents.
  • Maintaining all utility bills & all things related to office.
  • Maintaining all projects details & project related tools log & inventory.
  • Picking all official telephone calls.

Qualification required: Minimum Intermediate
