Job Description

Provide assistance in the HR services including competency mapping, talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, induction, compensation, performance evaluation, organizational development, health and welfare benefits, learning and development, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations, retention, legal compliance and employee relations.


Exceptional people management and communication skills with the knowledge of variety of human resource areas.

Ideally, professional HR experience in a dynamic process driven environment.

Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, execution and negotiating skills.

Expertise of human resource concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures. 

Ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures, to interact effectively with a diverse workforce at all levels.
