We are looking for a reliable and highly motivated Collection Officer who will be responsible for calling clients and reminding them about their monthly installment dues for their apartment units
.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, and be comfortable working autonomously
Responsibilities:
- Call customers to remind them of their monthly installment dues for apartment units
- Update customer records with the due date, amount and notes of the conversation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with payment options
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicate payment reminders through phone calls or text messages
- Keep track of payment due dates and follow-up with customers who have missed payments
- Work with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
