- A USA Based Software House requires a Web & Graphic Designer
- The person should be skilled in UX, UI, to be deeply immersed in User Experience Design and Architecture, Visual Design.
- The position shall have the added benefit of working with a dynamic and highly experienced team in the flexible environment of an emerging startup.
- Candidate will be working responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact.
- The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions.
- This is an excellent opportunity to learn and implement new technologies and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Interpreting the business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
- Estimating the time required to complete work and providing quotes for clients
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
- Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Very good in css3, html5 and JavaScript/JQuery
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash
Skills & Requirements:
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Good interpersonal & communication skills and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to independently make progress and deliver new content
- be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
- keep up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment
- Have good idea of Software Design Patterns
- Preferable experience with European/US based companies
