The Sales executive will be responsible for originating and generating leads through “door-to-door” sales techniques. Must exhibit excellent communication skills, organizational abilities and follow through skills. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system a plus. To be successful in this role the ideal candidate must be customer focused and self-directed, assertive and motivated by customer satisfaction, goal attainment and high earnings potential.

Main Duties

  • Proactively seek to identify and obtain new customers
  • Develop prospect list or lead list.
  • Follow-up with clients to whom the proposals has been sent.
  • Identify target markets and analyze current market trends.
  • Research customers’ needs and wants.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Win back or upgrade current or former customers.
  • Assist with installation of product.
  • Clean up demonstration area before leaving.
  • Ensure all relevant sales and other Company documentation is meticulously maintained and is always returned to relevant individuals/departments in a timely manner; including completion of daily transactions in full
  • Contribute to good customer communication by delivering any leaflets or other promotional items as required
  • Lodge all cash/cheques received to the Company on a daily basis and in a meticulous manner, ensuring that payments tally with sales documentation
  • Swiftly report any incidents which may concern the Company to your Line Manager
  • Maintain a smart appearance and polite manner, viewing yourself as a representative of our Company at all times
  • Communicate any safety issues as a priority to your Line Manager
  • Any other duties or projects deemed to be within reason/competence

Requirements

  • 6 months’ experience in a service role, to include direct interaction with customers
  • Experience working within the IT / Marketing industry
  • Have an existing network that encompasses any of the following: restaurants, beauty salons, art galleries, wedding halls, malls etc.

Special Requirements:

  • Drivers license
  • Own conveyance
  • Smartphone - Andriod or iOS

  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Ability to be creative while performing in a fast paced work environment.
  • Highly motived and results driven. 
  • Proficient in using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
