1. Maintains professional and technical knowledge of Sales & reviewing products brochures/publications and Periodical interdepartmental sales meetings.
  2. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  3. Develops and recommends product/market segmentation, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share;
  4. Additional duties include taking note of customer requirements, making phone calls and sending emails, arranging appointments, closing sales, and liaising with principals (if require) .
  5. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and  liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders (if require).
  6. Prepare or assist to HOD in detailed proposal, including offers, tender documentations, registration etc, as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
  7. Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  8. Submitting/presenting Periodical Performance/Activity report/s to the HOD.
  9. Effectively generate suggestions, non-conformities or complaints through Corrective Actions Request form.
