• Handle all telephone calls at main switchboard (PABX) promptly, courteously and efficiently.
  • Respond courteously and effectively to incoming requests from internal and external contacts at all levels, via the telephone, and in person.
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming, and information within the reception is up to date.
  • Responsible for office house-keeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organization, fiscal and personnel related information.
  • Record all incoming and outgoing call numbers along with date and time.
  • Perform duties and tasks assigned by HOD from time to time.
