- Work simultaneously on 3+ projects based on current workload
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics
- Put together disparate elements of a design, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design
- Work closely with Head of Business Development for marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate cultures and goals
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism (No emotional breakdown)
- Must be willing to work in the office space of the company with the team - "No" to at-home work
- Three-Month probation to review performance and attitude thus after three-months we'll have a new compensation plan based on his/her job performance
