Basic Eligibility Criteria:
• Masters in HR or equivalent from a reputed University
• 3-5 years of hands-on relevant experience in OD and training.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Well versed and hands-on experience in OD and training
- Individual should be a good team player with a positive attitude that focuses on helping people "learn"
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, team management along with effective communication skills
- Well versed in the use of technology platforms and applications to further and strengthen the work of learning
