Management Trainee Officer (MTO), "10 Positions" KPK/North Punjab Region.

Job Description:
We are interested in both fresh and experienced candidates who have a passion to work in the financial inclusion. Kashf is looking for people who are willing to make a change and would like to work in the field, from the Pioneer of Kashf foundation in Pakistan. This is primarily a field based job, with an accelerated job progression ladder. The selected candidates will be given a rigorous training of about 6 months for development puposes, and will be placed in different areas of the region (KPK & North Punjba), for maximum exposure of the job role. Candidates who are successful will be promoted to branch manager position.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Master, BS/BBA or 16 years complete education
- Fresh as well as experienced people can apply.
- Pashtoo Language will be a plus.
- We encourgae Female to apply and will be preferred.
Nature of Job:
- Permanent(Field base (70%) + Office work (20%))
