Oversight and general management of Kasur Dairy Resources Provided to Kasur Dairy Farm Research Center (KDFRC)
Collaborate with KDFRC, and Dairy Management. to develop specific plans to meet regional needs for training in food safety and quality.
Execute KDFRC operational and strategic plan.
Responsible for working closely with the KDFRC and will be responsible for contributing to the development and distribution of dairy product/ingredient related external communications.
Understand markets, industry trends, ingredient functionality, and emerging research.
Provide strategic representation with KDFRC to ensure innovation will increase demand of dairy products and ingredients.
Identify, develop, and manage implementation of dairy innovation and acceleration programs on behalf of Kasur Dairy
JOB SPECIFICATIONS QUALIFICATIONS ·
Master Degree required in dairy Life / Food Science, Biology or related field.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
1. Knowledge and understanding of dairy/food processing/formulation.
2. Knowledge and understanding of Research and Innovation, including new product innovation and commercialization processes.
3. Knowledge of the dairy marketplace and how domestic demand for products/ingredients impact one another
4. Knowledge and understanding of the current and emerging aspects of the dairy industry and how it relates to consumers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From PKR 100,000 to 150,000 per Month
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Dairy Food/Life Sciences, Research & development, Product Innovation, preferably in the dairy industry.
