The following qualifications are required.
1. Most importantly, The candidate should have a proven record for serving humanity and a burning desire to help the less fortunate. Please explain briefly your experience in max 4 lines in your application.
2. MBA with 3.25 (min) GPA
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in an SME/MNC or been a previous business owner/partner or working for an NGO
3. Can demonstrate /provable result-oriented skills, & strong follow-through and can work independently, also with the team. Explain with 3 brief max 4 line examples in the application.
4. Age between 30-50 years
5. Prepared to work long hrs
6. Confirm if you are presently unemployed /employed / if you are on contract then please share the contract expiry date.
7. Selected candidate will give salary certificate of previous Job and bank statement to substantiate it.
8. Strong leadership skills are required.
