Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for Supervsing and Organizing our Sales team.
You will be tasked with overseeing the actvities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales Goals,setting individual sales targets, and facilitates the ongoing training of your salespeople.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting result as necessary.
- Overseeing the activites and performance of the sales team.
- The ongoing trainig of your salespeople.
Sales Manager Requirement:
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Experience of Cold/manual Calling.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales startegies.
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communcaton skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer services.
