We are looking for an experienced Manager Administration to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
A great Manager Administration has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
To provide the counseling to prospective students and their families in making a right decision while choosing a school, college, universities for study abroad programs that best suit the requirements of the students for their intellectual and social growth
To create a database of good educational opportunities available throughout the world and identify the best options
To provide information about the seminars, exhibitions, courses, to the professionals intending to enhance their professional knowledge and skills
To facilitate a student with the application and admissions process
To provide the students Visa File Assistance
To provide the Travel, Accommodation Booking and Pre-Departure Briefing
To implement a comprehensive marketing strategy through different means, i.e. Conduct the Regular Seminars, Exhibitions and direct counseling etc
Direct interaction with the students through regular visits of higher education institutions
Dissemination of information about our services through print media and electronic media
Build the strong linkages with renowned universities, higher education colleges’ professional bodies/organizations of Pakistan who refer students and professionals to the Company
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Organize and supervise other office activities.
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Protects organization/company reputation by keeping information confidential
