We are currently looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and experienced Call Centre agents to take part in establishing a state of the art call centre in Lahore to generate and manage all KBM Group of companies’ customers, leads and potential sales.   

Role/ Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate needs to be passionate, dedicated and a reliable who knows how to achieve the best out set targets.
  • Managing a Customer Sales Advisors role in highest manner to maximise performance, quality and delivery of KPIs
  • Ensure that the customer experience is consistently delivered to the highest quality
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Utilise new methods to improve standards through proactive thinking and initiatives
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide tailored solutions and alternatives
  • should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Maintain proper record of all conversations in a logical  way
  • Applicants should preferably have previous experience of telesales in a call centre
  • Starters are welcome to apply, however, communication skills must be on high scale
  • Advising clients on products and services available
  • Liaising with UK and Pakistan team supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks
  • Preparing reports on these call statistics, rates and performance levels
  • Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries

Required Skills

  • We are looking for someone to hit the ground to work with our existing UK and Pak team to push the sale figures with full motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Previous experience ideally within a Call centre environment
  • Results/ targets driven – meeting and exceeding KPI's
  • Good attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude
  • Enthusiastic
