Company Overview:

KBM Group is an international group of companies offering range of services to UK, Pakistan other European clients in various sectors such as Accountancy, Consultancy, Education and Training. 

The company is looking to hire an ambitious and energetic Human Resources Executives who will be responsible for managing and growing all HR processes. They will need to implement and control a fast and efficient recruitment and training strategy and processes. HR Executives will help to execute programs that scale and grow not only KBM employee experience but any external placement at KBM client’s office. The candidates must poses their interest working within and outside the HR division actively . Coordinating with the team leaders & senior management to drive People, Operations, and Recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a goal oriented, self-starter, good interpersonal skills in communication and business writing, should have solid experience owning HR projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment through UK specialised avenues, not just job boards
  • Liaising and reporting to senior management team in UK and Pakistan on daily basis
  • Contacting UK based clients Students, Learner, Business owners, HR managers, Universities/Colleges and School Career advisors for talent acquisition
  • Collecting all the leads from various marketing platforms and uploading data on to CRM
  • Organisation and conduction of interviews, tests and employment contract preparation
  • Oversee the monitoring of Internal and external employee performance and career development needs
  • Staff statistic tracking and creation of weekly staff progress reports across all departments;
  • Management of holidays, sickness, disciplinary actions
  • Organisation of staff training
  • Recommending and updating HR guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Stay abreast of relevant legislation, considers its impact on the organisation’s HR strategy and recommends appropriate action  
  • Maintaining and managing  Employee Appraisal Process  
  • Designing performance metrics, tracking performance, and administering the entire performance review process every six months
  • Supporting accounts and payroll department to make sure monthly payroll runs smoothly

Skills required:

  • Experience in HR department, including interviewing, handling staff problems and keeping track of staff progress.
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of IT and website functionality/HR systems.
  • Good organisation skills;
  • Fluent knowledge of Russian and English languages in order to maintain effective rapport with staff who has limited knowledge of English
