The responsibilities will be as follows:
- Downloading CVs from company’s platform and Update internal databases.
- Reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine whether candidates meet qualifications for the position.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Forwarding the CVs to the employers.
- Answering questions about the company by phone or email
Required Skills:
- Prior administrative experience is required.
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
- Strong verbal and written communication ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
