We are seeking an experienced Student support Coordinator officer for our Education and training centres. Candidate should be well versed with MS office, CRM, LMS, Website management and online and social media marketing.

Job Description
• Handling incoming calls, email inquiries and other communications.
• Managing electronic filing system.
• Recording information as needed on CRM and LMS system.
• Experience as a virtual assistant.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to Student, Staff and other stakeholder’s inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels (Emails, Text messages and phone calls).
• Acknowledging and resolving Student’s complaints.
• Good appetite to know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing payments through online card terminal, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Ensure student satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward students at all times.
• Responding promptly to existing and new student’s inquiries.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication and support skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual.
• Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience in a US campaign.
• Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Graduate Individual (Post Graduate will be preferred).
• Ability to work with others as well as independently.
• Should be a fast learner with a can do attitude.
• Excellent English reading, writing, proofreading and computer skills (including internet browsing & online search).
• Experience in correspondence and report writing and problem solving.
• Organization and time management skills
• Proven work experience of a minimum of 2-4 years as Student Support Officer
