SALES COORDINATOR / ADMINISTRATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Coordination Tasks:
- Conduct Research to Identify New Business Opportunities,
- Generate Sales Leads via Cold Calling/Email Marketing/Database Marketing/Social Media and Networking,
- Attend to Office Calls,
- Forward Inquiries to Relevant Sales Staff,
- Maintain Up-to Date Client Database,
- Schedule Meetings and Demonstrations with Potential Clients for Sales Staff,
- Ensuring Stock Availability for Sales Demonstrations,
- Prepare and Deliver Presentations,
- Negotiate/Close Deals and Handle Objections,
- Prepare and Submit Quotations and Internal Purchase Orders,
- Coordinate Deliveries ,
- Ensuring Proper Documents Exchange with Clients,
- Follow-up with Customers for Payment Collection and After Sales Service,
- Maintain Relations with Customers and Share New Offerings
Administrative Tasks:
- Making Timely Bill Payments,
- Ensuring Availability of Office Stationary and Supplies at all times,
- Supervising Office Boy and Other Cleaning Staff to Ensure a Healthy Working Environment,
- Maintaining Stock Report,
- Arranging Accessories from Vendors,
- Coordinating Stock Transfers and Service Matters with Head Office,
- Depositing Clients’ Payments on a timely basis,
- Managing Petty Cash Account and Attendance Sheet,
- Multi-Tasking (Can do attitude)
