· Call, Email and Visit Potential Customers, Generate Leads, Give Demonstrations, Close Sales, Follow-up and Provide Support and Services.
· Aggressively Plan on meeting Sales Targets and Submit Activity and Action Plan Reports to Management on a timely basis.
· Submit Daily Reports of Calls, Visits, Meetings and Demonstrations to Management.
· Regularly discuss Active Cases with Management.
Establish Strategic Alliances and Network Partnerships to increase Sales.
· Compile Competitor Data on Available Solutions.
· Suggest Unique Selling Proposition for our Solutions.
· Prepare Presentations for Demonstration suited to market needs and product/solution on hand.
· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management, etc.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Contributes to team effort by providing support as and when required
