Kector Technologies is working on multiple digital products and services with customers all across the globe. We are looking for a competent female on the designation of Customer Support Representative.
Duties include but not limited to:-
- Providing timely support to the customers via Live Chats on our website.
- Solving their queries in a timely manner.
- Following up with new and old customers.
- Typing speed 40 words per minute.
- Adequate English communication skills.
- Pick up power and ability to do multi-tasking.
- 1st-week product knowledge and customer handling training.
- 15,000 per month fixed salary. (Will be increased based upon capability)
- 8 hours daily (office work).
- Work from the home facility after getting trained.
- Promotion and increment with time and skills.
- Friendly working atmosphere without headache.
