This is an auto car shipping campaign, USA-based.
- Timings are 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- Saturday is a half-day, and Sundays are off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Acting as a point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Operations Support: Coordinating sales operations, maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and assisting with sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative tasks, organizing sales data, and managing various operational aspects of the sales department to ensure smooth workflow.
- Internal Coordination: Liaising with different teams such as production, finance, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of sales processes.
- Market Awareness: Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to provide valuable feedback to the sales team and management.
Essential Skills:
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with excellent responsiveness and problem-solving abilities is required.
