About the job:  

As an Assistant Manager Recruitment, you have an opportunity to help build our internal team. We are looking for candidate with strong leadership skills and strong network who can hire top talent.  

Requirements:

    • You have 6+ years of strong recruiting experience in BPO/Call center industry
    • You have at least 5+ years of demonstrated experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading a team of recruiting professionals
    • Experience with both ‘hands on” recruiting as well as management
    • Successful track record of hiring exceptional talent
    • Have effective managerial and leadership skills
    • Exceptional interview skills
    • Excellent networking and communication skills
    • The ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities and constantly re-prioritize
    • An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and mentor team of Recruiters
    • Develop effective methods to attract diverse talent
    • Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
    • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle and building strong pipelines
    • Publish job posts across various job boards, Social media and universities
    • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent
    • Meet existing targets in timely manners and forecast recruitment budget
    • Conduct independent sourcing via LinkedIn, Facebook, Job postings, Recruitment platforms , Job fairs and University drives etc.
    • Manage a consistent, high volume of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods
    • Explores best recruitment practices and designing recruitment trainings
    • Take part in HR interviews
    • Keep close coordination with all stakeholders to provide great recruitment experience
    • Manage recruitment databases
