The massive data generated from this network presents an opportunity to fundamentally change the way the trucking market operates.   About the job:   As an Office Manager you will be expected to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and Managing the recruitment process. 
  • Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
  • Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
  • Submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures and Book keeping monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
  • Providing supplies by identifying needs for the respective department.
  • Providing communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; Acquiring approval for invoices/purchases.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Overall Office Management.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
  • Procurement of Office equipment, grocery, accessories and other stuff.
  • Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
  • Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
  • Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • MBA HR
  • Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience
