We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Officer to assist our operations and oversee all areas of the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and customer demands
- Manage operational processes and assist operational personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers
- Conduct performance evaluations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience as a controller, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with security processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Shift pattern 4 on , 4 off days & nights
Please note this role requires working night hours, answering calls, working from our Islamabad/Rawalpindi Office
