A well reputed MNC operating in the real estate sector of Pakistan is looking for ideal candidates to hire as Business Development Associate with Attractive incentive policies. You will be involved in dealing with clients, maintaining client relations, and generating sales. You will be responsible for selling property units by contacting clients, understanding client requirements and giving demonstrations while ensuring that deals are closed. You should be knowledgeable about emerging trends in the industry to be able to address client concerns and help them make informed decisions. Communicating effectively with customers is key to ensure each customer has a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with potential leads in order to drive them to maturity.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with new customers.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Have an ability to assess the customer’s requirement to suggest suitable property solutions.
- Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value.
- Identify and respond to changes in client needs.
- Follow up customers to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Maintaining customer database and log sheets
- Be adaptable to changing roles over time.
Qualifications
- Graduation or higher level of education
- 1 year of experience in sales (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Passionate about sales
- Strong communication skills.
