ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Community Management of various platforms
- Social media calendars updation
- Social postings on various platforms.
- Social page monthly audits
- Stay up to date to the latest industry and digital trends
- Build a relationship with the online community
- Monitor and provide feedback on the conversation via social media channels to leadership
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
