We are looking for an Integrations Support Officer to support our effort to combine our customer's data with ours to enable the optimization of each customer's business and reveal future opportunities. This role is critical to the success of our customers' implementations and the continued success of our solution. You will be working directly with customers, with the internal client team, and our development team to maintain smooth operations.
A successful candidate will be a person who enjoys processes, problem-solving, and customer interaction. They will have high levels of concentration and have an eye for detail. They will want to see things through to the end and deliver a superior outcome. It will be a person who likes to have fun, loves to learn, and wants to innovate in the world of analytics.
