We, Kepler Real Estate located in Bay Square, Business Bay,Dubai are urgently looking to hire employees for the following two posts as below.
- Prior know-how of Real Estate would be a great PLUS (as we wont be able to teach completely, however basic learning would be provided). [With such knowledge you can earn your own real estate commissions by sitting on your very table and make much more money than the salary].
- Well versed with computer knowledge and able to proficiently use MS Office Packages with basic knowledge of accountancy & HR.
- Should be able to take customers calls, receive and send emails. Liaise with Property Developers.
- Should be able to make cold calls and use bulk emails / sms programs to generate new leads.
- Proficient in use of CRM to publish & maintain the property advertisements.
- Prepare Lease Agreements, Sale Forms (Contract A, B and F).
- Maintenance of Office Files, Staff Matters and overall office activities.
- Have excellent command over written & spoken English, clear accent, pleasant personality, punctual and presentable at all the times.
- Prior Real Estate Experience is a Must!
- Dynamic Personality and eager to earn money.
- Have an already established database of investors.
- Excellent in Public Relationing and know the art of talking with people.
- Fast moving, love to take on challenges, ready to learn and optimistic.
