Job Description

 This a full-time job (content writing and releationship manager) with requirement of coming to office twice a week (from 9AM - 5PM). The work can be done on remaining days from home.

Location: Kestrel Education (Near Liberty Chowk, Lahore)

Job Description:

  • Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative writing concepts for the clients working with us
  • Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned
  • Be able to brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and ccoordinate with our clients accordingly
  • Building a following for brand on social media with creative work
  • Be able to write a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, etc.)
  • Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written as per instructions of our team
  • Rewrite, paraphrase or write content from scratch depending on specific instructions provided in the work order
  • Understand client needs and develop plans to address them
  • Be proactive in replying to client emails
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships


  • Candidate with O’levels and A’levels background will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field preferred
  • One-two year work experience in the field of writing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent grasp of English language
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner
  • Confident in producing work across multiple platforms
  • Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strict adherence to company policies and style
  • Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
