We are looking for an enthusiastic call center agent to join KetoSlim's own call center department. Candidate must have excellent English and Urdu speaking skills and prior experience in handling both customer service and sales calls, inbound and outbound, for local Pakistan-based campaigns.
- Should be energetic and engaging with clients with a mindset of closing sales and providing maximum ease and assistance to clients.
- Must have excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills on call.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual.
- Able to work in either Day or Night shift (flexible).
- Applicant must have previous experience in local campaigns.
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
