Key Account Reporting (QuickBooks)

Aspire 92 is seeking a detail-oriented Key Account Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in QuickBooks and a solid foundation in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will preferably hold an ACCA qualification or a degree in Accounting or Finance. This role focuses on preparing, analyzing, and managing financial reports for key clients using QuickBooks Online and related accounting tools. The specialist will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with company policies, and provide insightful data to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records, reports, and reconciliations within QuickBooks Online. Manage and analyze financial data for key accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times. Generate periodic financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow analyses to provide clear insights into client financial performance. Support month-end and year-end closing processes by coordinating with relevant teams. Collaborate effectively with finance and operations departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Assist in preparing client-specific financial summaries and performance dashboards tailored to their needs. Identify discrepancies through variance analyses and recommend corrective actions to maintain data integrity. Maintain up-to-date documentation of accounting procedures and reporting workflows to support consistency and compliance. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company financial policies throughout all reporting activities. Provide actionable insights and recommendations aimed at improving reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Required Qualifications
An ACCA qualification or a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online and other accounting or reporting systems is essential. A strong understanding of financial statements, reporting standards, and reconciliation processes is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis tools is necessary to handle complex datasets. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills are critical for success in this role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities will enable effective handling of multiple reporting tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders. The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities is expected.
