This is a FULL TIME JOB with NIGHT SHIFT timing from 8:00PM-5:00AM with an Alternate SATURDAY OFF. if you can not take the pressure of NIGHT LIFE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!
We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives who have experience in Customer Support Services and preferably with a sound knowledge of IT industry .
We are looking forward to have onboard idividuals with prehand understanding of web development & STRONG English communication skill both written and oral.

- Liaison with clients
- Understand business needs and help translate them into system features
- Manage the entire cycle of support ticket from relevant CRM
- Coordinate with the development teams
