- Partner with senior leadership to develop HR Strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Align HR policies, practices and systems to support the university's priorities and strategic direction.
- Position the university's HR programs to attract and retain the best talent in key positions.
- Looking after compensation & Ben, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, Payroll and employee development
- Formulate and implement employee relationsand communication programs to ensure high employee morale, performance andretention.
- Manage employee performance by clearlydefining goals, job responsibilities, and standards of performance;tracking progress against goals; providing clear, thorough and timelyfeedback; and addressing performance problems and issues promptly.
- Assist heads of departments and managers in developing or maintainingskills necessary to drive high employee performance.
- Provide assistanceto managers in conducting appropriate disciplinary interventions andterminations.
- Deliver management training in areasincluding interviewing, performance management, discipline and policiesand procedures.
- Administer all necessary compliance programsto ensure adherence to employment law legislation.
- Identify technological impact on businessprocesses to ensure maximum advantage in enabling process analysis,decision-making and reporting.
