Job Responsibilities:
- Procurement of kitchen items.
- Procurement of stationaries.
- Procurement of all other office related items.
- Maintain personal files of Chairman, CEO and COO,
- Coordinate with Vendors for all repair and maintenance related work
- Keep a database of all vendors for smooth administrational work
- Make sure that all the procurement is cost effective.
- Make sure that office boy and guard are following their daily SOP’s assigned by Management.
- Make sure office is properly cleaned and is in good conditions all the time
- Handing of cash for bank transactions.
- Outdoor visits to banks and other places as and when required.
- Responsible to keep record of Chairman, CEO & COO personal home staff.
- Responsible for the execution of Chairman, CEO & COO house work.
- Must ensure that all office equipment, utensils are functional all the time without any delays and work is not affected
- Must maintain proper documentation of all work.Procurement of kitchen items.
- Procurement of stationaries.
- Procurement of all other office related items.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelors
- Good verbal and writtten skills
- Excellent excel skills
