• Ensure the quality management system procedures and processes are implemented and maintained; oversee productivity, quality, and safety in accordance with company needs and customer requirements
  • Implement and maintain operations processes and procedures, reporting on performance and initiating improvements for operations.
  • Establish and meet objectives in the areas of financial performance, safety, quality, and customer service in compliance with all applicable internal and external policies
  • Provide accurate and timely submission of key quality, financial, and safety reports
  • Take corrective action as necessary in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy
  • Coordinate activities  to ensure objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Business development and souricng of new business.
  • Heavily involved with solution design, marketing and industry positioning efforts related to strategic ideas and execution.
  • Assist with all departmental business and financial including compensation models, incentive plans, short & long-term vision, KPI’s, reporting and other planning as assigned.
  • Collaborate and align with business development on strategy, campaigns, participating in weekly meetings, supporting large or key customers and seeking ways to gain competitive advantages.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher 
  •  Transportation and Logistics Experience required 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Knowledge of all Domestic Modes of Transportation.
  • Goal driven and highly motivated.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of corporate personnel.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and oral communication/phone skills.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, and customers.
  • Driving license and must posses a car
