We are looking for an experienced/fresh candidate for our Medical Company (American Health Care), who can provide online assistance to the patients queries.
The selected candidate will be required to:
- Welcome and assist patients regarding their queries and connect them to the relevant doctor.
- Brief the patients about hospital services.
- Handle patient suggestions and complaints and provide patient feedback to the management.
- Prepare presentations and present in client meetings if required.
Applicant must be confident, fluent in English language and have basic to intermediate/expert level medical knowledge and computer awareness.
