Customers dealing on call/phone
Giving Sales Pitch to customers.
Handling Sales of a particular Region
Performing direct marketing and sales on call with the customers, as per the agreed sales and marketing plan
Generating enquiries/tenders on specification
Keeping in contact with existing customers by phone
Promoting new products and any special deals
Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
Giving feedback on sales trends
Facilitate customers by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information
Identify customers’ needs clarify information, Provide solutions and/or alternatives.
