The Officer CR, MRS Coordinator shall perform the following duties;
- Making appointment as per given target and follow up with the customer until it gets matured/achieved;
- Gripping Dormant Customers such as dissatisfied, annoyed, or those who haven’t visited for more than 2 years to Pull them back;
- Strong follow up for potential inquiries until matured;
- Sending appointment and body paint messages;
- Responsible to grasp, classify and analyze the contents of inquiries, provide feedback to Management & related departments in timely manners for their further action;
- Resolve customer queries swiftly, surely and timely to earn the trust of society as a company;
- Ensure customers are handled politely, promptly and go some extra miles to create delight/WOW factor;
- Understand, comply & Implement Toyota Global CR Standards/ DLR ORG of Inquiry Handling at dealership Floor;
- Any other task assigned by manager or management.
