Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer handling on the front desk;
- To process data on a computer;
- To make repair orders and maintain appointment sheets;
- Inspection of vehicles delivered;
- Handling transit claims with IMC;
- Ensure speedy maintenance and repairs;
- Body shop work estimation;
- Monitor the work in progress;
- Keep the customers informed;
- Actively promote the dealership service;
- To ensure that the filing record is kept updated;
- To ensure that all customer vehicles are clean and ready;
- Giving reminders to customers about services of their vehicles;
- Any other task(s) assigned by the supervisor/manager / management.
