Our company is looking for Assistant Manager Automotive Plant.
The desired candidate should have qualification at least Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer preferably with expertise on Automotive Plant.
The candidate should also have strong problem solving, leadership, negotiation, analytical and decision making skills.
Experience relevant to automotive assembly line, welding of jigs and fixtures, fabrication and spot welding would be a massive positive factor.
The major areas of responsibilities for this post would include but not be limited to the following:-
- Managing and Supervising Automotive Assembly Line
- Supervising tooling selection, support and kaizen work.
- Support Cutting Point Management.
- Jigs and Fixtures Welding
- Fabrication and spot welding
- Ensure that the data analysis and reporting tools are improved.
- Lead tool trials.
- Work directly with vendors for technical information, tool supply, tool quality, etc.
- Ensure / develop the machine reliability activity as required.
- Support tool regrind process and equipment programming.
- Support new production line project activity
- Manage reports / KPI Metrics administration
- Any other task(s) assigned by the higher management.
