.Plan administrative procedures
·Recruit and train personnel (Security Guard/Office Boy/ etc)
·Assess staff performance and provide coaching and Guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
·Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of Information within the company to facilitate other Business operations
