- Participate in various audit functions by thoroughly examining sales, documentation and discipline implementation by demonstrating a high attention to detail to ensure achievement of business objectives
- Utilize applications to collect and aggregate information for audit analysis
- Track, analyze, evaluate in-store sales data to identify errors and/or exceptions related to audits
- Ensure audit projects are completed properly, timely and accurately and in alignment with best practices, department guidelines and industry standards
- Conduct special investigation projects and perform project assignments and ad hoc requests as needed
- Gain expertise with our ERP system and our data warehouse reporting services
- Responsible for escalating discrepancies, disparities and process issues
- Handle & effectively manage confidential information
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing by adopting appropriate communication style to individuals at all levels of the organization and remaining open to disagreement or new ideas
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to drive performance, accountability and continuous improvement
