Lead the Manufacuturing sites in Port Qasim.
- This position is responsible for all aspects of technical performance, quality performance, and schedule performance.
- Lead the expansion project at Port Qasim, state of the art largest solvent extraction plant.
- Ensure that, as the company grows, manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirement for cost, quality and resposiveness.
- Strong leadership and management skill to enable the creation of a highly capable and sustainable Manufacturing and operation functions.
- Action oriented and innovative in leading the Manufcaturing and Operation function.
- Capable of driving change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results.
- Skilled in manufacturing process of edible oil industry and knowledge in cooking oil/ghee manufacturing.
- Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems, while applying advanced analytical thought and judgement.
- Develops plans for new areas of technology for the manufacturing functions to ensure and sustain leading edge capabilities.
- Oversee the management of employees and operations of the factory, whether in-house or sub-contacted.
- Evaluate the assignment of resources to meet the needs of the production facilities.
- Ensure enforcement of company policy and regulations relating to safety,code of conduct and others plant rules.
- Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure that the total effort is directed toward optimizing the quality and cost effectiveness to meet company goals and objectives.
- Develop and submit annual capital expenditure and expense budget.
- Utilize budgeted resources, including, but not limited to, manapower, equipment and facilities for the purpose of redusing costs and improving efficiency.
