- Responsible to manage the Site Office
- To Managing the Booking & Selling of project
- To control the File Processing Management system
- Responsible to Manage the accounts of site office
- Receiving of commission from owner on weekly basis.
- Receiving of proposal & promotion from owner
- To deal with owner & solve conflict if any raised
- Responsible to arrange Training Session on Weekly Basis
- Responsible to handle the visitors on daily basis.
- Responsible to give complete awareness about project to clients
- Responsible to manage the events like Expo & Dealers Convention for project.
- Admin Responsibilities of site office
- Social Media Responsibilities about project
- Responsible to manage the outdoor advertising campaign for projects.
- Responsible to control conflicts between team members.
- Responsible to achieve the sale targets assigned by General Manager
- Responsible to assign the sale targets to his team on daily basis.
- Responsible to generate leads on software & take follow up.
- Responsible to make the performance report on daily basis.
- Responsible to make sure the attendance of his/her team members.
