a person who can enforce strict administrative controls in relation to daily attendence, late comers, absentees and attitude towards job. Must be capable of extracting obedience from subordinates and maintain amicable and cooperative relation between departments.

The internal connections are sized till 1.5% in continuous operation. The dielectric (metalized polypropylene film with very low losses ) is sized to with-stand the over voltage which occurs because of frequently on/offs. Over sized inductance coils are fitted on each cell to reduce the in-rush current, increasing the life of the capacitor and ultimately the whole system.
