We are looking for an active and hardworking Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer for a mainly field-based sales role. This is not a desk-based or managerial office job. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting customers daily, finding new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, following up on orders/payments, and handling customer complaints or queries.
The role is approximately 80% field work and 20% office/reporting work. The candidate must be comfortable traveling on a bike for daily customer visits in Multan and nearby areas.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers regularly in assigned areas.
- Generate new leads and approach potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and report issues to seniors.
- Share daily visit reports and market updates.
- Coordinate with office staff for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets.
Requirements
- Must have own bike.
- Comfortable with daily field visits.
- Good communication and customer dealing skills.
- Basic sales and follow-up experience preferred.
- Honest, responsible, active, and target-oriented.
- Able to report daily work clearly to seniors.
