• Manage all appointments, meeting schedules and minutes of meetings.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Manage all purchase requisitions and expenses as per budget.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Act as liaison between the CEO & staff, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments.
  • Maintain travel itinerary, ticket and hotel bookings.
  • Assist in regular day-to-day work.
